Smoker’s Outlet Acquired by Smoker Friendly

The Cigarette Store Corp., doing business as Smoker Friendly, has announced the acquisition of Smoker’s Outlet, a 33-store chain primarily based in Missouri.
Effective immediately, Smoker Friendly will take control of all Smoker’s Outlet locations that are primarily cigarette, tobacco and liquor stores. Smoker Friendly has announced that it will also retain the 120 employees that currently are employed by Smoker’s Outlet.

Smoker Friendly operates 102 stores in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska and Florida. With this latest acquisition, Smoker Friendly will have 135 stores in six states and will employ over 600 employees.
