Total Product Expo (TPE) follows the rules and policies of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

All products displayed, sampled, distributed & advertised at TPE must follow all Federal, State and local laws and regulations.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON MARIJUANA

The possession, smoking or consumption of marijuana is NOT allowed at TPE; violators will be trespassed from the show and not allowed to return.

Policy on Cannabidiol (CBD)

TPE follows the rules and policies of the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). The LVCC provides in its Building User’s Manual, with respect to CBD and Marijuana, the tenant (and therefore all persons, visitors, exhibitors, and personnel) “must comply with all federal laws”, which are the laws of the United States. Hemp and hemp derived products containing not more than 0.3% THC were federally legalized under the Agricultural Act of 2018. CBD derived from marijuana, however, is still considered under the laws of the United States to be a controlled substance and illegal under the Controlled substance Act, and therefore prohibited from the LVCC. Exhibitors with CBD products that follow the federal regulations must follow all federal laws, including the regulations of the FDA under the FD&C Act. Even if a CBD product meets the definition of “hemp” under the 2018 Farm Bill, it still must comply with all other applicable laws, including the FD&C Act.

Exhibitors are allowed to sample their products on the show floor, subject to compliance with the laws of the United States and State of Nevada. For further questions or advice, please consult with your own attorney. Exhibitors exhibiting CBD products indemnify TPE and the LVCC from any liability from claims and actions against it as a result of its or their CBD sampling and exhibitions of CBD products.

Policy on Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)

To comply with the State of Nevada passage, SB49, companies will not be permitted to sell, distribute, promote or display Delta-7, Delta-8, Delta-9, Delta-10, or any other structural, optical, or geometric isomers anywhere on the grounds of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

In accordance to the information above for THC, we ask exhibitors to refrain from the use of logos, merchandise, visual designs or anything that could be considered promotional for Delta-7, Delta-8, Delta-9 or Delta-10 products.

Policy on Kratom

Please read the following regulations on kratom products from the legal department at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

• In the LVCC, companies may NOT distribute or sample (including free samples) any products made or derived from kratom.
• Products containing kratom may NOT be sold or distributed, including samples, to any person under 18 years of age.
• All kratom products MUST comply with Nevada law.
• Kratom products may NOT be prepared or adulterated with a substance that affects the quality or strength of the product to such a degree as to render the kratom product injurious to a consumer.
• All kratom products MUST have labels that identify all ingredients and directions for the safe and effective use of the kratom product.
