Important Documents

  • Nevada Tax Event Specific License
  • Application must be submitted by the deadline or your booth and/or products may be subject to removal and/or confiscation by the State of Nevada.

  • All TPE Exhibitors are required to have General Liability Coverage from an insurance provider. You must submit your COI by the deadline. 
  • Exhibitor Rules & Display Guidelines
  • All rules and regulations must be followed or your booth may be subject to cancellation/removal. 
  • Regulated Products
  • All products being displayed, sampled, distributed & advertised at TPE must follow all Federal, State, and local laws & regulations.

Steps To

Reserve Your Booth

STEP 1: Create An Exhibitor Profile

You must have an Exhibitor Profile in order to submit a booth application.

STEP 2: Choose Your Booth Space

You will have the opportunity to select three (3) booth space options prior to completing your application.

Please note the following:

  • Green & Yellow colored booths are sold
  • Blue & Purple booths are available
  • Only Premium Cigars are allowed in the Premium Cigars Section (outlined in red on the floor plan)

STEP 3: Submit Your Application

A 50% deposit is required to reserve space on the floor plan and must be paid at the time of submitting your application.

The remaining balance is due on or before October 1st, 2023.
