STEP 3: Submit Application
A 50% deposit is required to reserve space on the floor plan and must be paid at the time of submitting your application.
The remaining balance is due on or before October 1, 2024.

Important Documents
- Nevada Tax Event Specific License
- Application must be submitted by the deadline or your booth and/or products may be subject to removal and/or confiscation by the State of Nevada.
- Certification of Insurance
- All TPE Exhibitors are required to have General Liability Coverage from an insurance provider. You must submit your COI by the deadline.
- Exhibitor Rules & Display Guidelines
- All rules and regulations must be followed or your booth may be subject to cancellation/removal.
- Regulated Products
- All products being displayed, sampled, distributed & advertised at TPE must follow all Federal, State, and local laws & regulations.
- Additional information regarding important documents, including dates and deadlines, will be updated as soon as they are available.
